Overhead adjustable lighting rig positioned above a shooting area with softboxes

Shooting Areas

Three areas, each with adjustable lighting rigs.

Each of the three shooting areas has its own overhead rig, allowing lighting to be positioned independently of what is happening in the other two spaces. The cyclorama area is built around a seamless wall for uninterrupted backgrounds, useful for full-length fashion work, group photography, and wide video shots that need a clean edge-to-edge backdrop.

The second area is left open for constructed sets or location-style backdrops, with a modular lighting grid that can be reconfigured between scenes. The third is a smaller, more controlled space, better suited to interviews, headshots, and close product coverage where a softer, more intimate lighting setup is preferred.

Product Photography Station

A turntable setup that stays configured.

Separate from the three main shooting areas, the product station pairs a motorised turntable with consistent diffused lighting. It suits catalogue photography, packaging shots, and short rotating product clips, and can run in parallel with a booking taking place elsewhere in the building.

Turntable speed is adjustable, and the surrounding lighting is arranged to reduce reflections on glossy packaging while still rendering texture accurately on matte materials.

Preparation & Review

Hair, makeup, and a place to watch it happen.

Hair & Makeup Corner

A lit mirror and styling chair sit apart from the shooting floor, so talent can be prepared or touched up without interrupting whatever is being shot elsewhere.

Client lounge with comfortable seating and a monitor displaying a live shoot feed

Client Lounge & Live Monitor Feed

A lounge area lets clients, art directors, and additional guests watch a live monitor feed of the shoot in progress, without needing to be on set.

On-site post-production suite with a dual monitor editing workstation

Post-Production Suite

Editing without leaving the building.

The post-production suite is a separate room set up for both photo retouching and video editing. For productions on a tight schedule, an editor can begin working through selects while the crew continues shooting in another area, reducing the gap between wrap and delivery.

Workstations support standard colour grading and cut assembly, making the suite useful for same-day highlight reels, quick social edits, or a first assembly cut ahead of a longer edit elsewhere.

Additional Support

Equipment rental and crew, arranged in advance.

Equipment Rental

Additional lighting fixtures, light modifiers, backdrops, and grip equipment are available to reserve alongside a booking, subject to availability.

Experienced Crew

Lighting technicians, photo or video assistants, and editors familiar with the on-site suite can be arranged for productions that need extra hands.

Hourly & Daily Hire

The studio is available for shorter hourly sessions or reserved for a full production day, depending on the scope of the shoot.

Prop & Wardrobe Storage

Racks and shelving are available on the day of a booking for wardrobe, props, and equipment cases during longer shoots.

Wired Connectivity

Stable internet access supports remote client review, cloud backups, and file transfers directly from the post-production suite.

Questions about a specific setup?

If a shoot needs something the pages here do not cover explicitly, it is usually easier to ask directly than to guess from a description.
